I’m the Head of Data and Analytics and coordinate cross-unit projects using or creating data. As our campaign management system is used by all departments and is based on a central customer database, I was the product owner alongside a colleague from Marketing.
We needed to get rid of our well-used but over 15-year-old system and wanted a new solution that offers us a modern way to do marketing in a more and more complex world and steps into the way of next best activity based on the needs of our customers.
In order to replace the old application we needed new processes and data flows as well as a deep knowledge of Pega’s technology to speed up the change. Therefore, we were looking for a company that can give us flexible access to experienced consultants in the field and at the same time we were looking for a long term relationship as we’re sure with all the changes coming, we will always need consultancy on our way.

When facing new requirements or some problems, we’re now much faster in testing and experimenting with new solutions and creating not only hotfixes but most of the time sustainable solutions which help us into the future.
